After you graduate and enter into the real world, you realize how much fun it is to actually learn, in a formalized setting. I would be a lifetime student if it paid the bills. I could listen to people talk about what they know all day.Quote:

Funny thing is I'm pastry cheffing at a golf course right now with no clubhouse (renovating) so we are working out of a big white barely heated tent and cooking in a teeny Atco trailer...yesterday was opening day!
All the staff are wearing jackets! :D
