Cool idea Raiven. I keep an archive of great shots I see on flickr ten burn them to DVD to play on my tv in a big old loop. Get tired of looking at my stuff but I find it really inspirational to look at the great work of others. I'll post some in here I'm sure! (links to flickr images that is)

Saturday Night Special on Flickr
There are a number of groups and people on Flickr taking and/or posting a new picture on a daily basis (doing a '365'). That's a big commitment, and tough - but a great way to learn and improve. Still.. a new image daily (or almost)? Many take the same or similar shots over (pictures of themselves in different poses, etc). But I love the variety of Inspired Muse's photostream. Some amazing shots:
