I like these unposed shots!
I wish I could see a bit more of his face but I like the pensive feel.
I think b/w would add to that fee if you wanted to give it a try.
You must have rushed back down to the shore after I left this morning Rhys!
I like this ... especially since I know how often that kid actually stands still!! :)
But on top of that ... you got the composition just perfect here. Nice work.
Thanks Marko -I'll definatley try it in black and white when I get some editing software!
Mad Aussie - I took this shot when you were chatting to Grant about Mountain Biking! I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
Snuck away huh? And here I thought you were engrossed in my every word! ;) It's supposed to be all about me you know? :p
Wonderful shot. Only a child can be such absent-minded - looks lovely here.:1st:
it looks like it was a successful session then! Lucky you! I like this pic and I agree with Marko, B&W would be interesting
As I don't have photo editing software yet, anyone is free to change the photo to black and white and repost. :)
here you go! he's a cute little guy.
Lovely moment captured! Those are the moments you can look back on and remember fully!
I can relate. My son had two speeds when younger: full throttle and sound asleep. I have this memory of my husband and I in the lawyers office doing the paperwork for the house we bought and him (4 at the time) climbing the bookcase. 'Active little guy, isn't he?' said our lawyer :D
Tonight driving to the store with me he was discussing theoretical physics and how mass converted to energy could solve the current global warning crisis. Sounded impressive-I didn't understand much :o
So there is hope. In my clinical practice I LOVED working with the high energy kids. they were fun.
Wow .. .there you go Rhys ... you are breeding rocket scientists!!!
Thanks Bambi - it looks fantastic
And yes he is a cutie! As for him becoming a rocket scientist, mmmmmm... that might require him to sit still! :)
My eldest daughter was similar too. We were worried she might have ADHD or something but she was simply highly active. These days she's much more mellow.
Rhys,
You can download Picasa for free. It can do some minor modifications like B&W.
I like your photo - your son looks pensive and the ripples in the water have some lovely shades.
Thanks Foots!
Bambi and Mad Aussie... So there's hope for me yet! :fingerscr
