This is where i currently live. Longyearbyen, Svalbard. This old miner barrack has been fixed to house technology and geoscience students specializing in Arctic topics. At 78 degrees north the climate is very harsh, but some times it is really nice with northern lights.
This picture shows a lone barrack alone in the beautiful Arctic wilderness.

Light: I've never been to Burlington but it looks nice. I love the walkway.

Wow - Loving seeing all these images!
Here's one that sort of defies the (local aspect of the) theme. It's a pic taken on the Way to Jasper Alberta from a fast pickup...
Even though I'm from Montreal, QC - I consider myself a proud Canadian as well as a proud Quebecer!
So this shot shows that i live in one of the most beautiful countries on the planet, Canada!
