Anyone have ideas for this month's regular and level 2 challenges?
Since most members here seem to be Canadian, independence day is out, how about a 'vacations' theme for one of the challenges...or maybe BBQ/picnic theme?
For a level 2, how about a 'cold beverages' subject?
What about "opposites" eg hot/cold, old/new etc within the same image? I think this may have been suggested a while ago, but an alternative suggestion was adopted??

Ok then who will post first. It's DEFINITELY warm enough for some of us to photograph beer before we drink it. :)

I half-way through my Corona this evening I suddenly felt inspired to take out the camera... and uncapped another. Now, I don't know if Corona and Canon mix... but here is one of the results!

Here's my entry. It's a quick grab shot of my beer. This was taken at the end of a two day Wiki Commons meetup with visitors from Scotland, England and Germany. We spent the time teaching photography basics and walking around Edinburgh's city centre. Fun was had by all which was helped by us having two days of sunshine which sneaked in between the storms and floods!
After a few, the view begins to blur.
