Looks similar to the star flowered false Solomon's Seal I've taken pictures of. Not to hijack, but does the plant look something like these?

Oh yes, I remember you posting those pictures. I think you are right. Here's another wider angle shot of the same plant. Now I guess I'll have to get a wildflowers of Western Canada book. Thanks. Mike
