hi folks! haven't been about much, i've been busy with work and a recent move, and getting ready for the holidays, and... well, you know how it goes! anyway, here's one of a winter afternoon at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA... 5D, 24-135 @ 28mm, 1/160 @ f/6.3, tweaked just a bit in ReDynaMix to bring out some detail in the foreground...

Well, the foreground looks well - but the sky background just looks great ;-) - wonderful dramatic!

Very nice. The contest of the sky and grass with the ribbon of trees separating gives it a nice appeal.
Love the slight color contrast of the grass but still show casing the dark winter sky in the upper two thirds of the photo.
Wow, really likin' this Squirl. The dramatic movement and detail in the skies with the contrast of the dead grass just befits the title so well.
