Not sure which one I like better. I like the blue sky against the white drift yet the BW makes the sky look real omninous.
Sure shows how much snow you got in southwestern Ontario.
I hope that's not your broken snowblower buried under that drift.
wow, excellent control of the exposure! nice image Jimmy
I usually prefer the B&W but in this case the blue sets the white better. I like the details in the dirfts seeing how it was built. On my screen the center right has a big hot spot. If yours is as well, can you tone it down a bit while keeping the whites and texture?
Why thanks asnow. We did get tons of snow! Come to think of it that may be my blower in that drift ! - jimmy
Hey Bambi. This is a seven exposure HDR attempt using Merge to HDR in Photoshop. I like the D700 because it allows a nine shot ( I believe) multiple exposure capture, with one press of the shutter. Thanks for the kind comment Bambi. Have a Merry Christmas - jimmy
Hey Andrew. I could not remove that hot spot. The sun was so bright that day! I really don't believe the hot spot detracts from this photo. To me it makes the photo but we all like things a little different. Thanks for your nice comments and have a Merry Christmas - jimmy
