Stream of consciousness
i've been playing with these for a few days, including a couple of re-shoots to get just the right exposure and the right blur in the water... i think this is the way i want it. 5D, 24-135 @ 135mm, 6 sec @ f/11, ISO 50, -2/3EV with polarizer...
this is the full-frame version... should look wonderful at about 20x30 on canvas...

this is a crop version that i plan to print at 10x20 for a sort of wide-view/short pano...

this is very nice. I like the contrast of the rocks and the soft water. My preference is for the first one. :)

I agree shot 1 for me - dig the water's blur here!
-
Very nice on both accounts Squirl, but have to agree, love the saturated colours on the first one just that little bit more.

Nice, I like it too. The cropped version will look good at that size.

I like the way the cropped version brings more attention to the rocks. It does seem to have lost a little too much of the color, though.
-
I like the cropping of the second version, but prefer the colours on the first one.
Very nice shot though, definitely something I would hang on my wall!
-
I like the contrast and colour of the first one more.
Very nice capture!

I really like the way the narrowness of the second one seems to make the water go faster but I love the first one because it feels more relaxing and leisurely.
