Whether stone or wood, seemed like things that caught my eye were varying shades of browns and dark grays today.

Thanks, Bambi. It was sunny the next day, so I went back to see how it changed. The wood was hopeless - you lost all the variations in color and it had some serious glare. The rocks were still interesting, though.
