Easily a foot across the widest spot. Growing in multiple layers. I keep going back, trying for better angles. There's all these inconvenient limbs growing out of a downed tree that keep getting in the way. :wall-an: Not to mention that the leaves hide a sudden slope on the far side. I'm lucky I haven't broken something yet. :headslap:

cool find. Hemlock varnish shelf is that big, but this isn't HVS. I'll see if I can find that mushroom ID site I used a couple times. Was helpful.
