Found the flowers! I really like the feeling of being surrounded in #3 but I love the light in #2 which makes it my favourite from this set.

the light in #2 is lovely. tell me you did more with it while you were there.

I agree with the lighting in #2. Love the concept of #1 but personally I think you have to watch what you cut off..even things in the background. #3 really has you feeling like you are in there..what are the sticks in #3?

Hi Kat, number 1 was taken lying on the ground with me tight to the back wall of the ruin, I had hoped that I got the top of the church, but alas it was not to be. The interesting thing about the church ruin is that I really should not have been in there and I was caught! conversation with the police man was something like-

Police: You should not be in there, who gave you permission?
Me: I did not ask for permission I just climbed in.:
Police: well I don't think you should be in there.
Me: Sorry officer, but if I should not be in here do you not think they would make it so easy to climb the wall to get it.
Police:Good point, well made, carry on!

In number 3 the sticks are part of a maze of sunflowers in the botanic gardens....

I like your sense of play with your comps! I'm w/the rest of the gang here - the light in #2 gives it a fab mood and makes it my fave here.

I like the daffodil shot best for sure. Would have also made a very nice shot closer in.
