Just a few from the woods when on our mine search. The floor of the one section was just covered in lichens, mosses, and mushrooms of all types of species. Just a few quick snaps. Hope to get back before the snow flies. Down to 1 or 2 degrees Celsius again tonight.

very nice. My fav is the second one. I love the perspective and exposure.
the second one just pops....a little stone fly and the reindeer lichen. pretty cool.
You call these "snaps"??? Those are great macros, and I also dig the second one most ... the detail is phenomenal ...

I guess this is why I will never part with my almost 10 yr. old Sony F717. Still takes wonderful closeups like these. Not the greatest for any distance though. If anything ever happens to it, I will definitely get it fixed or try to find another.
