Frank Lake Blind and Powerline

T'was hot again ... just a couple of images from the Frank Lake area ... no birds of any interest around, so I shot these instead ...

The Blind at Frank Lake. Actually a very nice and serene spot. Much busier in the spring, with a ll the waterfowl decked out in full colour ...

And then there is the transmission line ... boy, standing under this thing I could sure feel the electricity ... there was a tickling sensation, plus a crackling sound about ... must come here during a thunder storm :laughing:

I quite like the first one for the textures and exposure. the second one is really neat for the composition.

I like these Matt, shot #2 in particular for me. o/

#1, I almost feel like I am right there. #2 has a beautiful comp., love the lines.
