Great Falls on the Potomac

Here's another from Great Falls Park on the Potomac River near DC. We were working there back in October of last year when this was taken.

Very dramatic and powerful image. I love it. The exposure was long enough to depict the river moving, but there is also much texture and detail in the water.

Thanks again, guys. This is another that I just wasn't sure about. My first time out with a new variable ND filter. Five frame HDR(hence the detail in water and why I almost didn't post) with a 50% b&w layer.

Love the dramatic effect. There is such a sense of movement, I get the feeling the water is going to flow over me any minute.
