Badlands

My first stop on this trip was the Badlands in South Dakota. My intitial impressions were this was a desolate, inhabitable place. Anyways, its beauty is quite decieving as you can tell. What an environment.

#3 is the one for me. Wonderful sense of timelessness.

These take me back to my trip there many years ago. I like the colors of the the different earth layers in shot one.

Shot three is bad to the bone.

Cool looking in landscape. The colours are pretty cool.

Like them all, but agree with Barefoot. That last shot is so well done, with that sky, and the depth. Just perfect.

And another fan of #3 as well! Nice set.

I like all of these for different reasons. The colours in the first are amazing. I am getting vertigo from the second, and the last one is simply stunning.
