Lightning and Stars

Well...been awhile since I've been on. This past weekend I was able to get away from the lights and congestion of the city. I was also FINALLY treated to a Lightning storm without the rain. I just LOVE August in Northwestern Ontario!!!

Nicely done, The clearing in the clouds to expose the stars is beautiful.

Your patience in hanging through 300 shots was well worth it. Just love the mood with the softness of the colours.

That's very unusual ... having both lightning AND stars in the same shot.
