Holiday in the Okanagan

Penticton, British Columbia is a town between two lakes, Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. It is wine and fruit country, so there are lots of hills, dry arid areas, and rich growing areas. There are some gorgeous beaches. Back in the hills there is the Dominion Radio Astrophysical Observatory.

Nice shots...being an amateur astronomer (RASC) myself, I favour 3, 4, 5...really like 5.

The desaturated look in the first shot reminds me of old slide film - I like the processing and am also on board with shot 3 - but nice set all round.
