I love the colours and the bird caught. It's one of those shots I want to love but don't. I think that's because of the things in the photo my eye just doesn't want to see. Were this mine, I'd try cloning out all the little bits and pieces around the image I see floating in the water. That would clean it up and isolate the bird even more.

I really like the bird's and reflection but I find the sun to be a distraction here...stealing all my attention - To my eye, it's too close to the edge and not adding to the image.
