Sleepy Hollow

Just below these little rock pools and waterfall is a swimming hole full of turtles called Sleepy Hollow. I took this many moons ago with a P&S and frankly it wasn't very good. But I've managed to process it up to something worth keeping until I go back and do better.

Wow....that is so pretty is it for real? it almost looks manmade it's so perfect!

It's for real. It's well along forest tracks on dirt roads and natural peice of the creek.

I added a 2nd shot to the first post Casil ... showing that top section closer up.

Really cool. Love the first one the most - especially the little waterfall.

looks like a very cool place. Definitely one to return too. Love the rocks. they are very interesting.

Only the teenage mutant ninja ones Kat ;) The freshwater turtles in these pools just hide from you :)

Around here we have snapping turtles. They would definitely bite you if you annoyed them. :)

I've heard of those snapping turtles.
