Last night after taking the sunset photos I posted the moon rose ... a full moon fighting it's way through the residue rain clouds. It made the New Years Evening look spectacular ...

It is the Blue Moon because it is the 2nd full moon of the month. The next Blue Moon on New Year's will be 2028.....
