Thank you very much everyone ! This effect was done by using the
in-camera multi exposure feature. One photo was taken handheld and
still and the other photo was taken handheld but the camera was moved
"shifted" while the shutter button was being pressed. The firmware
in the camera combines the two photo together for you. I left a slight
delay between the two photos to allow the lens VR to reset. Only slight
pp was used to bring out the glow and I set the WB a tad cooler.
