    Nice Photoshop work, for sure. For me, though, personally, the background is too overpowering; too me the person is too small. But then again, that's just me ...

    Just seems to make me feel dizzy, find the effect taking away from the photo and not adding to it. I think you may turn away more with this effect then attract just a personal opinion though seems other like it so could just be me.

    Thanks for your comments. The intention was the 'overpowering' aspect. To really draw you to the model. Glamouring is a hint at True Blood and is a technique the vampires use to overpower a person. I thought the zoom effect would work well to emphasize the point. There's a further TB hint in the tshirt, Fangtasia, a club in the series. I didn't use a lens zoom technique to create the image, just worked with two layers in photoshop, creating the zoom in the first layer and overlaying the model on to. The pics in the layers were the same and the model was actually standing in the gateway in the original pic.

    Nice image. Have you tried punching up the contrast in the background? just a suggestion, hope you don't mind me saying.
