    Default Chillin' Out

Many times through out the year , we drive past this Bald Eagle perched on what seems to be his favorite old tree for spotting fish in the lake . We often stop for photographs .... So with the steam rising off the water , fresh snow on the branches , nicely backlit by the sun ... I just had to stop for another few shots .... I wanted a wildlife scenery type shot this time and luckily for me , I managed to get close enough that I didn't have to zoom in very much and could retain some back ground detail .... I guess this old bird must be getting used to me
