    I went out this afternoon for some bird shots.
    Did not see a single bird close enough.
    This guy said " Hey over hear, forget the birds "

    Cool capture Fred. Looks like he got into a good one during the rut to snap that one off like that.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    The light looks so nice. I feel bad that the little fella lost part of his rack. :-(

    No need to worry Susan as he will lose them both within a few weeks and the new ones will start growing a few weeks after that.

    {{{{{{Thanks for sharing that.}}}}}} I am not very country or animal savvy so when it looks like one may be hurt - i get a little teary. I am glad it is something that is ok.
