    Default Squirrel at rest

On one hot, July week end, it was "too hot" even for the wood creatures. I spotted this one resting on a branch - or maybe trying to catch some shade.

Shot at 200mm with my still "new"ish Sigma 18-200, aperture priority @ 5.6 & polarizer in place. Photo reduced in size for posting.

    Happy Summer !!

Very cute for sure - I might lighten the squirrel a wee bit. What a cute pose.

Very cute capture of the "chillin" squirrel, Isa Luna.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

That's hilarious. He's either plain tuckered out or suffering from the heat. I know exactly how he feels.

Thanks!! I didn't have much time - as soon as he heard my camera he (or she???) decided that he better look alert again. I snapped a second shot (and got a nice shot of a branch).
