That front on shot is a ripper for sure! The side one shot with the dark background is also noteworthy.

Wasp wasn't dead, just nibbling around and made funny movements with its front legs. I thought it was dying, but it took off very quick after it finished, whatever it was doing.
It may have been to cool for him to be very energetic. Wasps are quite docile in cool weather they come to life in warm weather or when the sunlight strikes them directly. These are really nice macros![]()
