    cloudy and overcast days are often the best light actually. congrats on getting so close, I think a touch of contrast and clarity boost would go a long way here. If you could bring out the eye, that would make it a keeper.

    I definitely prefer overcast conditions for shooting birds. I often use a flash as well.

    It's been windy here. Looks like the little guy is holding on for dear life. Except that a glint of light is missing in the eye, I like the photo a lot.

    Nice shot there Fred, I like it. Cute little beggar, and I noticed a little jewellery on the ankle, (banded).
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!

    I noticed it after I loaded it on my computer.
    The picture was taken at the Inglewood Bird Sancuarty in Calgary
