Boy, this could be just about anywhere in North America. Or any large city that gets a lot of middle class travelers. (I'm assuming this is a hotel, which is why the balcony furniture and drapes are identical). The framing makes it interesting, like you've cloned the balcony scene.

great shot. Though I do not think it's an apartement, looks more like a hotel to me. For one reason or another, the air conditioning unit in the window, exactly the same furniture on the balconies ... methinks it's a hotel.
