Celebration of Flight 2011 (aka Caldwell airshow)

I finally found one of those round tuits - even found a really nice wooden one. So here are a few pictures from the airshow back in June.

A-10 Thunderbolt II, aka Warthog. Bucket loads of power, for ridiculous climb rates and maneuvering. We got one of the official demonstration planes. I've also seen them at the Ontario airshow, courtesy of Mountain Home AFB.







Dornier GMBH Alpha Jet. So far as I know, Mark hasn't named it. You can see what a tight fit the cockpit is in the first photo.
