    We do Elf on the Shelf at our house, her name is Sally. This shot was taken this weekend. I am sure you understand why 20 candles without having to post it.

    The elf really has a menacing evil look. Like how you created a mood with the candles.

    Ah ... ok ... didn't realise it had risen to 20 from 18 so I didn't make the connection. That adds so much sentiment to this photo to know that.

    Thanks everyone.

    She can have that creepy feel to her. At first I was like..ugh..this is a scary elf but she grows on yah. I've actually managed to pull of a couple of cute shots of her. It's a great activity to do with young kids..they wake up every morning searching!

    I really like the lighting the candles produce on the elf. That elf does have a bit of an evil look.

    Beautiful light here Kat, and so thoughtful of you for the 20 candles in remembrance of the loved ones lost.
    Reality is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there!
