Default Avery Island / McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce

The world's famous Tabasco sauce is made and bottled right here in Louisiana (about 1 1/2 hrs from my house) in a place called Avery Island. It is considered the second most recognized product in the world, next to Coca-Cola. I went down there today for one certain picture and was unable to get it. They have 1000's of wooden barrels stored in a warehouse, aging the sauce for three years. The warehouse is not open to the public (I didn't know that before I went). I decided to ask around to see if it was possible to get a picture in the warehouse. After talking to a couple people, they decided to let me do it. Come to find out, the warehouse was closed today. i was bummed. I posted a video below that has the warehouse, you will see why I want to get in there.

Coolness! I kind of had a brush with fame a long time ago regarding the McIlhenny family.

The first one, for the charter and coat of arms (seems odd for the location), and the second assembly line shot.

The coat of arms states that they are official suppliers to the Queen of England.
