    This is a fountain at the Port Arthur Penal Settlement in Tasmania. I snapped it as we headed on our way out of the place.
    I thought a slight sepia tone combined with selective colouring might work with the tones of the fountain ...

    OK, my eyes are refusing to see this right. I keep expecting the water to fall on the path behind it, and can't understand why it falls straight back instead.

    Not sure I see what you are seeing Q1. But then I saw it in real life. This fountain is in a round pond. That's the raised edge of the pond in the foreground. The path is level for a few metres near the fountain before it starts to climb up into the background.

    I like the selective colouring. it does have a bit of an optical illusion quality to it.
