    Default Monochrome Infrared Photos

Brought the IR converted Nikon D80 out of hibernation. May is one of the best months for IR photography. When I picked this camera up off Kijiji a few years ago, I really knew nothing about. A couple years a go I sent a raw file to the builder and they said it has a 720nm filter. Not the greatest for IR colour but I process mostly monochrome anyway.

Here is one taken yesterday at the Alberta Legislature grounds in Edmonton. It was only 24C. But then again, as soon as the temperature hits around 8C in Edmonton, it's shorts and t-shirt time.
