    Default New Lens

Well since I can sort of move about I went out today and bought myself a woe is me present. I have craving this lens for a while now I finally have it. It is a EF 16-35 mm f/2.8 L II USM and I think stunned I finally got my hands on one. I have a wide angle but not good for doing clubs or any concerts and sometimes the 24-70 mm is not wide enough. So I spent the morning talking myself into buying it and my wife thought I should also, so I did and man am I happy. WOOHOO.

Congrats AL...I get the "talking myself into it" part! LOL

Well as soon as I have more energy I will be shooting. The only thing is Christmas is coming up and the house will be very Christmassy so I should just wait until the New Year to start the shooting for the book, I keep forgetting the house will not be in any shape for me to use it. I keep forgetting how close it is.

Congrats AL, it seems many of us have recently succumbed to the lens buying urge. I'll be posting a bit about my own soon...

Well down to two lenses now left I would like to get eventually. I have them in the same mm and f/ now but I would like the upgraded versions now though so the are low on the priority list now. In photography there are always things we need or sometimes things we just want. Desire keeps us inspired to keep working to attain those goals.
