I really want to like this photo but it seems a bit stark as the bottom to me appears blown out somewhat and the sky I would like better if there were more definition to the sky. I do like the composition of the photo though.

I think this is quite nice but for me i find there is too much space at the bottom.

One other small thing that bothers me a bit is the gap between the pier and the berm (not sure the correct term) at the top right. My mind keeps wanting to see the two joined.
