Flamenco Spirit

Hi everyone- please tell me what you think. A little background- am very new to photography and have been interested in capturing images from everyday surfaces and rotating, cropping and minor editing to bring out interesting, often abstract compositions that are probably unseen to the casual observer. Many of my compositions come from sides of buildings, rocks, sometimes decorative stone, rust, wood, etc.

Here is one I've titled "Flamenco Spirit" that came from a splotch on the side of a building. I've edited the color a little... please feel free to critique. I have a specific question- would you fill in those white specks on the "skirt"?

I often find it more interesting to leave some of the weirdness as it is.
