my first attempt at macro
using an older nikon 105 macro
d300
no flash
and a tripod







please tell me what i can do to get better

no need to be gentle i have a thick skin lol

i like the second one. they all seem a bit "cool".

what do you mean by "cool"

You have warm and cold. Warm is more of the yellows, cool or cold has more of a blue tone. This chart may help you picture it. Basic color schemes: Color Theory Introduction
