    Default Cabinet Doors

This is one I took a few months ago because the contrast caught my eye first. In processing it I was able to bring out the contrast of the handles and hinge a little better, and even the small nail heads too, which I liked. What I like most about it is the uniqueness of the hinge though. It seems to be a one of a kind subject in the picture, and I liked the composition too. But was wondering how others may see it. Just a picture of cabinets that's dull and uninteresting,...too much off-the-wall for liking? Or Maybe I could have done something different? Whatever the thoughts I'd like to hear. You won't hurt my feelings, really.

    Thanks for viewing.

Not to be rude, but I don't find the photo very interesting. There's not really a focal point, just cabinets.

Sorry I missed your reply. It went so long without a reply I forgot about it. No prob! I don't take it as rude. That's what ya see. I appreciate the input. ALL feedback is food for thought, to me. I just liked the things I mentioned in my OP but most of all the uniqueness of the hinge.

I'm not sure I see what you see, Lorey. Just a couple of cabinet doors. I have an older house so the hinges or the door pulls don't look particularly special to me either. I love the patterns in the wood though and maybe that's what was part of your interest. Not a big fan of the processing here either. It's quite the contrast from many of your other lovely images.

Thanks Iggy. Appreciate your time to comment and your honesty. I really wasn't thinking along the lines of type of hinge. The uniqueness of its singleness in relation to the other elements that are in multiples in the photo. It's OK... it isn't you, it's me....I just think too deep sometimes Your thinking is perfectly normal.

Don't knock it... it's what makes you, you! Maybe it's just the wrong image to express what you are seeing. Keep trying.
