Last one. I know the drops aren't sharp. My poor lens just can't do it anymore. But I thought it still looked neat.
First, why do you feel that your lens is the cause of the softness (Which lens?) in #3? As far as critique, #1 doesn't really work for me because of the excessive contrast. #3 is an excellent capture (focus aside), but all three need to be tighter on the water. There's too much boring space around the subject which contributes little to the image.
Like the subjects but looking for more sharpness me thinks.
Try to stop shivering when you take those photos Kat!![]()
Ha ha.. I'm using the broken lens that has to get sent away. Can't zoom in too much or there is no focus to be had and half way there I can see this black thing swipe across the lens as I shoot..taking forever.
Sad sad..it is to be sent off tomorrow to get fixed!!!
On a good note..looking at another lens!!![]()
So.. with any luck - when we do finally get spring. I'll be ready!!! So closer and sharper..lol. Hear that a lot![]()
Don't know about closer ... just sharper but hey ... with a broken lens what can you do?
And what is the new lens you are thinking of?? Something suitable to landscapes I would imagine?
