Very nice shot, colors are great. Since this simple shot has been done a million times, you have to think about how to make yours stand out from the others like it.
My biggest concern about this image is the composition. It’s 80% water and looks like you cut off the top of the image (the trees). Every long exposure shot of a stream has one thing in common, the stream. So you gotta make other details of the image your own, which is the non-part of the stream.
    Does this make sense?
I would have gotten lower to the ground so you could have grabbed more background.

I'm with AT here except I don't agree it's simple shot (Tripod - slow shutter - visual hunting)
It's a nice scene for sure - it just needs an additional something for the eye to munch on, my preference is often in the foreground. Leaves rushing downstream would have been perfect...but if it doesn't happen after a while...gotta change it up with a new angle or more dynamic comp.
    Hope that may help.
