It's a nice shot, but it could be better. The first thing I would suggest is to level the horizon; all that water was running onto my desk! You might also consider cropping the area above the sun. The flat, dull cloud layer doesn't really add much.

Tough shot. Straight into the sun.

As mentioned, that water needs to be level.
I'd have made sure those trees in theforeground were sharp also.
I'd have cropped out or cloned out that diagonal streak of cloud also. It's too small and cuts the corner off. This makes it simply a distraction.

Maybe waiting a little longer until the sun got lower would have helped here also. More colour in the sky might have resulted.

Composition wise I think I would have either angled the camera down more to make those tree silhouettes filled the sides of the shot completely to create a frame, or, I'd have gone the other way and angled up to include more of that diagonal cloud feature.
I also would have turned slightly to get that sun off center a little.

In post processing, I'd have turned that ever so slight blue in the sky into orange. It's just not blue enough to be left in my opinion.

That's about it from me. Keep em coming ... we learned as you learn

Everyone made some good comments and suggestions already.

From just a visual prospective, it is peaceful. If it is something that is close to
    you and has meaning..Frame it

My mistake has been seeking new landscapes. I should have been seeking new light.
