Going for drama

I liked the tones and texture of these clouds at sunset but colour wasn't working for me. What are your thoughts on how this works as a complete image.

I actually find the trees distracting in this shot. The clouds are interesting and nice tonal range, but the trees break it up.

I like it but agree about the trees. when I move the image so just the top in showing with the branches in the bottom it looked neat.

but I also like the grass texture in the bottom.

the clouds are stunning. How did they look in colour?

Actually, for me, it's the area behind the line of trees. I think the trees definitely add to the drama, stark, bare, etc, but the evergreens, fence etc behind them spoil the mood.

I love the drama of the BW on the clouds but much prefer the color as it blends everything together!

I have to say..they look like ufo's!!!
