I spent a good amount of time doing post work on this shot. I used Gimp and 3 layers to do it, the background layer is the the contrast layer with all of the red desaturated, the second layer is burned over the background with brightness adjusted, and the third layer was sharpend,colour enhanced then overlayed with a grain merge at 50% opacity. There is probobly an eaiser way to do it, but i was simply experimenting.

I think it turned out really well, the stairs are a little blue, but i like it i think it adds to the mood of the shot. But ididnt post this to find out what i think, i wanna know what you think lol
