    Default Patty Boyd Photo Exhibition

Well I just was given an invite to the opening gala of this exhibition for tonight and I will be the official photographer for the event. I had wanted to go, and when I was given opening night gala tickets and was chosen as the official photographer for the event, I was humbled that she had chosen me for the opening night gala. It runs to december 31st 2008.

    November 22 – December 31 2008
Pattie Boyd will exhibit her personal photographs taken during her days with George Harrison and Eric Clapton along with photography from her vast travel portfolio, titled, Through the Eye of a Muse. This exhibition will open November 22th and run until the December 31st at the Great Hall Gallery, 1087 Queen Street West, Toronto, Canada M6J 1H3. Pattie will be in Toronto for the official launch of the show at The Great Hall Gallery on November 22 & 23. The public will have the opportunity to meet the inspiration for the masterpieces, “Something”, “Layla”, and “Wonderful Tonight.” on these 2 dates.

Pattie Boyd’s extraordinary life is documented in both her autobiography “Wonderful Tonight: George Harrison, Eric Clapton, And Me” and her limited edition signed photographs. Her book debuted at the top of the New York Times best seller list.

Raised in Kenya and England, Pattie met George Harrison on the set of the Beatles “A Hard Days Night”. She became a successful fashion model in the 60s and 70s. She was married both to George Harrison and Eric Clapton. These relationships put her in the enviable position of being able to take intimate photographs of some of the world's best known and greatest musicians. Amongst her visual archive are many unique, never before seen photos.

    Opening Hours:
    Mon to Fri: 12pm - 6pm - Sat & Sun: 1pm - 6pm
