    Robert Mapplethorpe immediately came to mind here. His flower series of course. Beautiful! Not bad at all for dried weeds!

    First thing that came to mind for me when I saw this image, is a museum catalog (that is a compliment). I use to be a member of the New Orleans Museum of Modern Art and I would always get pamphlets in on their featured pieces of the month. It would be fill with beautiful images of vases and other items that were on display (Tiffany, McCoy, etc). Your image reminded me of these images in the pamphlets.
