Cool shots. Do you guys ever have just open floor space? All the gyms we have in downtown Halifax here are like this one where there are machines everywhere. All I want is some open floor space so I can practice my karate but that seems to be at such a premium. Is it the same there?

I have to say, since having children I don't have much time for the gym.

A lot of the gyms like this one are loaded with equipment, to allow for greater membership levels and better profit margins. In the bigger leisure centres we often install dance studios and spinning rooms which are more suited for classes and group activities.
