exciting!

This is a discussion on exciting! within the General photography forums, part of the Photography & Fine art photography category; last year i submitted 3 photos i took to the Readers Digest mag "Our Canada". they just phoned me today ...

    Default exciting!

    last year i submitted 3 photos i took to the Readers Digest mag "Our Canada". they just phoned me today to get a little bio blurb, as they may be using one of my photos in Novembers issue! they say its of the Peace River, but i can't remember what shots i sent in! silly me. anyways, just got really excited about it, and wanted to share with you all! thanks for all the help along the way...

    Congrats, way to go, very happy for. It is nice when you get published and many get to see your great work.

    Wow! Thats awesome! You should be excited! I am excited for you. I wish you could remember which shot they were using so we could get a first hand view! . Congradulations!

    just got the november issue of the 'more of our canada' magazine. im on page 50! this is the shot they published... not too sure why they picked it, or looking back, why i submitted it. but either way, its in a mag with my name & info beside it, so i cant complain! thanks to all of you who've helped me improve - ive submitted a few more of my 'better' shots now, so lets hope this is just the start!
