There is too great an exposure range in that the sky is gone completely and the structure is bright at the top going down to very dark towards the bottom.

This can be solved by spot metering for some middle area of the structure or zooming in on the structure, pressing the shutter slightly for exposure lock, going back to a wider angle and then shooting. A polarizing filter or a neutral graduating filter would also work to even off the exposure.

After the shot has already been taken, postprocessing can still help. A blue grad filter would bring back the sky and a neutral grad filter in Photoshop would even off the exposure at the bottom vs the top of the structure.
