7th Annual Photography.ca Photo Swap

Well, it's that time of year again. This is an opportunity for each and every photographer on the forum to share their work in a more personal way. Rather than just posting a sterile digital image, let's get one of your past (or new) favourites printed and share them with someone else on the forum.

Here's how this works.

Everyone who wants to participate need only reply to this thread with "I want to swap". I'll tally the list and randomly generate a list of people and partners. There is a sender and a receiver. Receivers will private message their assigned sender with their mailing address. The senders will print a photo of theirs that they want to share and drop it in the mail.

I hope to see everyone participate this year. The more people who sign up, the more fun it is.

He was the recipient of my images for the last two years, so I am guessing he is ready for an image from another member.

I want to swap. I wouldn't mind either if the selections were non-random, taking into account past swaps. Thank you to Iguanasan for undertaking this every year.

What's the deadline Iggy. I don't think I have taken anything worthy over the last year. I am going on a photo workshop in Cuba next week so maybe I will get something there. When do I have to decide.

I don't know what happened to my original post, but I am TOTALLY in! Despite my lack of act8vity, I look forward to this every year. And, while I love tiger's photos, I'd love the chance to see more of the world!

Glad to see everyone signing up... I'll do my best to ensure there are no "duplicates" from previous years.

Also, I didn't set a deadline. If people don't procrastinate, I'll make the deadline for signing up November 30th. That gives you almost 3 more weeks to decide and then, if you are reasonably quick getting them in the mail, they'll arrive during the holiday season.
